In-Store Pickup & Order Holding Policy

Order Pickup Window
All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 7 days of the order being placed or marked ready for pickup.

Holding Period
We will hold your order for up to 7 calendar days at no additional charge. After this period, the order will be considered unclaimed.

Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up within 7 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 10% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations
Customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

Exceptions
Exceptions may be made at our discretion for special circumstances if communicated in advance.

If you need additional time, please contact us prior to the 7-day deadline to make arrangements.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (corals and fish), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
