Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription / Recurring Orders
Customers may cancel purchase options (including subscriptions or recurring orders) at any time prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Processed Orders
Once a recurring order has been processed or fulfilled, it is treated as a standard order and is subject to our store’s refund and restocking policies.

Restocking Fee
Cancelled orders and unclaimed in-store pickup orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, in accordance with our store policy.

In-Store Pickup Orders
If a recurring order is designated for in-store pickup, it must be collected within 7 days. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be cancelled and subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How to Cancel
Customers can cancel their purchase options by:

  • Logging into their account and managing their subscription, or
  • Contacting us directly prior to the billing deadline

Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion for special circumstances.
