A hardy and outgoing moray eel with a golden-brown body covered in pale yellow spots and distinctive black edging along the dorsal and tail fins. More active than many morays, it often spends time cruising the aquarium instead of remaining hidden. With a secure lid and proper tankmates, it becomes an impressive centerpiece for predator and fish-only marine systems.
