Favorite Things: Grazing on algae—including bubble algae (Valonia), film algae, and leftover food scraps. Nocturnal by nature but will often be active during the day in aquariums.
Best Buddies: Reef-safe clean-up crew member that gets along with most fish and inverts. May become opportunistic toward very small or weak tankmates if underfed, but generally peaceful when well-fed.
