Favorite Things: Fast-flowing, oxygen-rich aquariums with driftwood, smooth rocks, and strong filtration. Enjoys cooler tropical temperatures and benefits from plenty of hiding spaces. Feeds on sinking wafers, algae chips, blanched vegetables, and occasional protein foods like shrimp pellets. Their vibrant emerald-green body and striking yellow fins make them one of the most eye-catching plecos available.
Best Buddies: Peaceful with most community fish. Excellent with rainbowfish, barbs, tetras, loaches, and other non-aggressive plecos. Avoid highly territorial plecos or aggressive cichlids.
