Lavender Forktail Tang

Lavender Forktail Tang

A beautiful and active surgeonfish with subtle lavender-brown coloration, fine markings across the body, orange spotting around the face, and a distinctive forked tail. Lavender Tangs are excellent algae grazers and spend much of the day picking at rockwork for naturally occurring algae. Their understated coloration becomes increasingly attractive as they mature, making them an excellent addition to larger reef aquariums.
