Scientific Name: Macrodactyla doreensis

Favorite Things: Established reef aquariums (6+ months) with moderate lighting, gentle to moderate flow, and a soft sand bed where it can bury its foot. Known for its long, flowing tentacles with vibrant coloration ranging from tan and green to pink and purple hues. Benefits from occasional feedings of mysis shrimp, chopped seafood, or silversides.
Best Buddies: Naturally hosts many clownfish species including Ocellaris, Percula, Clarkii, and Saddleback Clowns. Should be given space from corals and other anemones due to its strong sting and tendency to expand.
