Millennium Rainbowfish

A less-common rainbowfish prized for the intense coloration mature males develop. Males become deep crimson-red with gold highlights beneath the scales, while females tend toward yellow-gold with reddish markings. They are active schooling fish and develop substantially better color and behavior when maintained in groups with plenty of swimming room.

Max Size: ~4–5"

Minimum Aquarium Size: 30 gallons

Diet: Quality flakes and pellets, brine shrimp, bloodworms, daphnia, and other frozen/live foods.
