Favorite Things: Heavily planted aquariums with gentle water flow and open swimming space. Appreciates calm tankmates and thrives on small foods such as micro pellets, crushed flake, baby brine shrimp, and daphnia. Males display elegant elongated fins and shimmer beautifully under good lighting.
Best Buddies: Peaceful community fish including rasboras, small tetras, Corydoras, and shrimp. Keep in groups of 6 or more to encourage natural schooling and color displays.
