Tiger Barb

Tiger Barb

A classic and energetic schooling fish featuring a golden-orange body with bold black vertical stripes and bright red-orange fins. Tiger Barbs are active, colorful, and especially impressive when kept in larger groups. Keeping a school of 6 or more also helps reduce fin-nipping behavior by allowing them to focus their activity within the group.

Max Size: ~2.5–3"

Minimum Aquarium Size: 20 gallons

Diet: Quality flakes and pellets, brine shrimp, bloodworms, daphnia, and other frozen or live foods.
