The Yellow-Fin Flasher Wrasse is a beautiful, peaceful reef-safe fish known for its brilliant red and orange body, delicate blue horizontal stripes, and striking yellow fins. Mature males develop elongated dorsal fin rays and display especially vibrant coloration during courtship.

This active species is an excellent addition to established reef aquariums, adding constant movement and color without disturbing corals or most ornamental invertebrates. It generally gets along well with peaceful community fish and other compatible wrasses.

Provide plenty of open swimming space, live rock with hiding places, and a tightly fitted aquarium lid, as flasher wrasses are excellent jumpers.

Diet:
Frozen mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, copepods, finely chopped marine foods, quality marine flakes and pellets. Small, frequent feedings are recommended.
